Return and Refund Policy

Aaranya Jewellery stands by the quality of every piece we craft. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our 2-Day Return Policy ensures that you can shop with complete confidence.

2-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 2 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund, deducting ₹1000 towards delivery and processing for each product returned.

Exceptions to the 2-Day Return Policy

The 2-day return policy is not applicable in the following cases:

  • If the item has already been exchanged once under the 15-day return policy. A second exchange is eligible only under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • On products that are customized, engraved, or personalized.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be returned in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition.
  • There should be no scratches, wear, or damage.
  • Tags, labels, and certificates must be intact.
  • If the product tag or packaging is tampered with, the return will be accepted only under our Buyback Policy.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned item, a Quality Check will be done. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders: Amount will be credited to your bank account.
  • For Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment source (Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

How to Return Your Order

  • Raise a return request by emailing us at aaranyajewel@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
  • Our team will share the reverse pickup instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in the original box along with the invoice and original certificate.
  • Collect acknowledgment from the logistics executive (paper receipt/photo of tracking ID/SMS).
  • Once we receive the product and it clears the quality check, we’ll initiate the refund within 10 business days.

Return via Store or Courier

We can arrange a reverse pickup from your location.
