We are also not liable for any transaction failure due to declined authorizations from cardholders exceeding preset limits with their bank.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms and policies will remain in effect.

9. Cancellation & Returns
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing are fully refundable, subject to a 1% payment gateway deduction.

Orders canceled after 24 hours incur a ₹1000 processing charge + 1% gateway fee.

Customized orders are non-refundable on making charges.

Partial cancellations within an order are allowed if it contains multiple items.

Refund Process:

  • Prepaid: Refunded to original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking)

  • COD: Refunded to customer's bank account

  • Gift Cards: Refunded back to the gift card

Returned products (under our 15-day return policy) are refunded after quality check.

10. Free Gift Policy
Free gifts are considered as a discount.

In case of partial returns/cancellations, the refund will exclude the value of the free gift.

11. Offer Terms & Conditions
Offers apply only to selected jewellery designs.

Aaranya Jewellery reserves the right to change or withdraw offers without prior notice.
